Windrode may process contact details, client and company information, candidate CVs, professional histories, assessment information, vessel or project information, correspondence and commercial information provided in connection with an enquiry or assignment.
Purpose and lawful basis
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess and deliver requested services, administer professional relationships, meet legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests. Processing is based on consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation or legitimate interests, as applicable.
Data minimisation and confidentiality
Only information reasonably required for the relevant purpose should be provided. Windrode treats assignment, candidate and vessel information as confidential, subject to agreed terms and legal requirements.

International maritime assignments may involve cross-border processing; appropriate safeguards will be considered where required.
